Upon receipt of the Return Authorization, please return product within 30 days.

The Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, unless an item is received in Error by Deckhand Sports.
All returns will be processed after the product has been received and inspected in our warehouse:
Any packages that arrive without an RA Number clearly written on the Box or on the Packing Slip are subject to an additional 25% processing fee.
WARRANTY POLICY
Deckhand Sports offers the following warranties on brand new products purchased from Deckhand Sports or an authorized dealer/Tackle Store within the USA, for replacement shipping to the United States only:

Please submit all of the requested information below to warranty@deckhandsports.com
Please allow 48 hours after submission for your warranty claim to be reviewed by our engineering team.
If we determine the damage falls under our policy, your warranty claim will be processed within 72 hours (3 Business Days) of submission. You will receive an emailed order confirmation which inlcude the item(s) shipped. Once shipped, and item fulfillment email with your UPS tracking number.
If we determine the damage does not fall under our policy, we will contact you within 48 hours explaining our reasoning and offer options to repair or replace your damaged product.
NOTE: DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR PRODUCT TO DECKHAND SPORTS UNLESS REQUESTED TO BY DECKHAND SPORTS. In most cases we do not need your product sent back, however we reserve the right to request it be sent back if needed for review by our product managers. We do not require your product to determine the nature of the warranty claim.
